You need to order 6 bottles as the courier company only couriers a box of 6 bottles for safety to limit breakage.

Our warehouse has its own logistics team.

1. A replacement order gets done and the order with the breakages/damages gets returned to the warehouse. A replacement gets done for the whole order. The courier is charged for breakages & damages.
2. If the wine is off, or if the customer receives the wrong wine, a collection is organised with our courier partner and a replacement order gets done for the customer.
3. If the wine gets delivered to the incorrect address/person other than specified on the order, the courier is liable for this and we do a replacement order for the customer. The courier is not allowed to deliver to anyone other than to the person/address that was provided, unless otherwise stated by the customer.
